Heart Monitor Customer Insights

1. Only works on sunny days with natural light, but in other situation it doesn't recognise face and doesn't show any results.

2. Ah, and the other minus is that apps face scan for HR and breath doesnt work with artificial light.

3. After last update dont measure at all...Great app, simple to use and HR & BP readings match with my FitBit so accurate too.

4. Other features are interesting and diary especially good for quick visual check on any changes.

5. Running circle all the time on all pages, and only on risks page shows an error Operation exception graphQLerror... Until that app was fine to use, but now I can't use it at all.

6. Only downside is no export to other apps.Useful app, but it would be helpful to have more information to understand HRV data.

7. Will update in 3 months for reliability.Great app one of the few out there that works with minimal ads.

8. Totally unusable, it's a shame.The blood pressure seems to much higher than using the wrist Blood Pressure.

9. Just installed this app on Galaxy A53 but it endlessly keeps running loading circle on start.

10. What to make of readings, what's a good range, etc.Same story here.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Heart Monitor Issues

1. Fix Heart Monitor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Heart Monitor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Heart Monitor App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Heart Monitor" » Open Heart Monitor: Measure BP & HR » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Heart Monitor » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Heart Monitor: Measure BP & HR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Heart Monitor servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Heart Monitor: Measure BP & HR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Heart Monitor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Heart Monitor might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Heart Monitor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Heart Monitor then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Heart Monitor not working


2. Fix Heart Monitor Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Heart Monitor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Heart Monitor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Heart Monitor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
