1. I have tried 25 times now to have my identity verified and each time I'm sent back for RE-VERIFICATION! There is nothing wrong with my camera as ky phone is only two years old ajd there is nothing wrong with my driver's license either.
2. Then I went to reset my password and I put in my phone number and the last 6 numbers of my ss# and it could not find my account.
3. Avoid this app at all cost.Got verified, deposited money, next day they locked my account.
4. Publishers, is this the kind of service you would expect from a random banking app? If so, then you've come to the right place! If not, well: tough luck.ID verification is a joke.
5. I cant even replace the card and have money in account to replace it for $10.
6. Support has been responsive every time I've asked a question so idk why everyone else seems to be having a problem.
7. I tirned on and allowed permissions from camera and it keeps throwing an error code sating i havent done the permissions wen i have already.

9. Took me 4 days to talk to someone after my account was locked and all they could tell me is that it was locked.
10. It's been four days and I can do is see that my deposits cleared .I cant buy food, gas or pay any bills.
