1. Integrate web3 is the best option imo so many alternatives / improved security, faster transactions, There's an opportunity for the company to generate there customers capital and increase there sales at the same time.The new layout for time off requests and using PTO for any reason is overcomplicated and confusing.

2. Everytime I swipe and confirm both messages about trying to post my shift it never accepts and the shift doesn't go up for bid.

3. Update: UI is not very intuitive but you can post your shifts through the Chatter tab.Samsung galaxy s22 ultra - the app just crashes as soon as you open it.

4. To post a shift you slide said shift to the left to reveal the "post" buttonTerrible, like others have wrote it needs another app so you can use it.

5. Everything was working well before but now I have to have a whole extra app on my phone and I can't even post my shifts.

6. Downgraded to an older version to restore the bug and remove the extra layer of security.The app is a bit difficult to set up if you dont know what you're doing.

7. It wasn't working for awhile then I realized it needed an update so I tried and I didn't have enough space so had to delete two apps just to fit it.

8. I'm sure it is putting undue strain on admins who have to help everyone struggling with the new format.Requires you to have a lock screen to use.

9. Following that, you used to be able to see what days you work the following week a few days early even if it didn't show the hours.

10. Was good until it required the additional layer of security for login, then it just got annoying.

11. Can't post shifts.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PartnerNet H-E-B Issues

1. Fix PartnerNet H-E-B Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PartnerNet H-E-B: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PartnerNet H-E-B App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PartnerNet H-E-B" » Open PartnerNet H-E-B » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PartnerNet H-E-B » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PartnerNet H-E-B app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PartnerNet H-E-B servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PartnerNet H-E-B" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PartnerNet H-E-B app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PartnerNet H-E-B might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PartnerNet H-E-B. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PartnerNet H-E-B then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PartnerNet H-E-B not working


2. Fix PartnerNet H-E-B Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PartnerNet H-E-B be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PartnerNet H-E-B not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PartnerNet H-E-B may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I recently got a new phone and had to download the PartnerNet app however when I logged in it said to approve it in the Authenticator app and when I go to the app nothing happens and I’ve tried verifying it another way but it doesn’t work. I use the app all the time so not having it is a struggle what can I do to fix that

  • I opened my app and was logged out and I did not log out. My password would say incorrect so I reset it on the computer and it’s still saying it’s not correct and I cannot log in.
