Have to go into Account Activity on the side menu to view checks.They lie about their service they tell you if you make a mobile deposit before 5:00 it will be credited that day that's not true in the last 6 months I have made deposits before 5:00 as much as 20 minutes before and they do not give me credit and they charge me for return check fees I've had it happen between three and four and six and seven times they charged me hundreds of dollars in return check fees.

2. I hope they fix this and many other issues soon or revert back to the simpler previous version.Tends to freeze... The screen just keeps hanging displaying endless loading circle.

3. I can't get into all the problems, but one problem is when I'm typing something, like an amount and the keyboard comes up, I can't see what I'm typing because the Bank of Hope info i.e. swift code etc..is continuously stationed on the bottom of the page whatever page I go to.

4. Fix your app.I didnt think the mobile banking app for Bank of Hope could get any worse, but somehow the developers managed to make it worse than the previous version.

5. This bank, after all these years, has finally allowed external transfers to/from other US banks BUT you must go on the website to do..the app only allows for internal transfers.

6. This app is behind compared to other banks app and lacks updates.Low limitation of electronic deposit.

7. No card Valet like Hanmi and most other banks; even prepaid cards allow debit cards to be flipped on and off for security.

8. Even the page layout isn't intuitive or functionally efficient - view check does'nt work.

9. Oh and you can't use Bank of Hope outside US.Crashes often and app frequently doesn't work.

10. Plus side, security seems to be better and multiple accounts are combined & compared; you can see total amount in each account & then a sum of all accounts.

11. This bank still struggles with online basics, even after a year or two of having their website in house.

1. Fix Bank of Hope Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bank of Hope: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bank of Hope App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bank of Hope" » Open Bank of Hope » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bank of Hope » click "UPDATE".
