1. No simplified login anymore using security code (you have to enter password everytime now), biometrics disabled, does not track monthly spending anymore even though there is a field for it, application does not exit when focus is taken off app.
2. And what is the point of a contact feature that you can't use if you're not logged in when your issue is that you can't log in to begin with? Honestly quite frustrating.It's great that you can disable your credit card instantly.
3. The only reason I really keep it is because the credit union makes me have itHorrible! You had better not forget name and password because you'll get no help in recovering it.
4. Trying to use the forgot password feature doesn't work because it never actually sends an email.
5. Serious issues with this latest updateI suppose this app is an awesome thing if you ever need to turn off your card in case you lose it or it's stolen.
6. I was then able to turn the card off ans contact my back to request my card be turned off and to receive a new one.
7. When you click on "forgot password" it says it sent you a code to your email that never comes.
8. Change password code email not received ln over 24 hours.
9. But I'm getting rid of this app and the Westerra credit card because the alert system is terrible.
10. I definitely would recommend this to friends and family!! Save you money and unnecessary fees, it doesn't have to be none.....Been using for a couple years and was satisfied, no longer.
11. It tells you who trying to charge your card, and it will immediately decline all charges when it's turned off.
my registration is disabled and won't let me add my card anymore it was working fine a couple of days ago but not anymore
