1. Dont get cheated as i got by joining this.I have been trading on this app since last 3 years ,, totally rubish app ... delay in deposit and withdrawal s every single time .... Bad userinterface Bad customer service Even very very bad server ( whenever we try to buy a hot coin , it always shows too many users buying server issue try after some time ,,, and that sometime is since 14days) imagien .. Better to go with other better crypto apps which not having all those issues and even worlds less buy sell fee as well ..All my Crypto assets (Worth around 2L) became zero.

2. it's been happening from last three months.You only allowed one withdrawal in a month if you can't process in time then look at level of service you are providing.

3. Today they deducted my all coins and available balance by debiting without my permission, in the name of wallet maintenance charges and showing more amount pending for debit.

4. I had 2000 xrps and now they took everything as maintanence charge, they have no option to transfer those coins, even if i sell it, they wont let you to withdraw your money.

5. Prefer Zebpay or Coinswitch.Are you even processing the withdrawal .Last month you cancel my withdrawal without any reason .I requested again and waiting from last 10 days still didn't get my withdrawal process yet.

6. Very bad, fraudsters & scammers.The withdrawal limit is Rs.10000 per month, while the other apps have it at Rs.50,00,000. This is a literal fraud app.

7. When i asked customer support they said they charged 100rs for every wallet per month including past 1 year.

8. When I check with the support team on this, they said that its been deducted as a maintenance fee.

9. Before this, all my coins were taken away citing maintenance charges.

10. Havent mentioned anything about maintenance but the charged huge amount( almost .01 bitcoin) for maintenance fee without informing.
