1. only two things i would change is to let me change the alarm time after it has gone off (rather than snooze, push back the alarm a couple of hours), and 2, have it recognize naps as different from nightly sleep so your stats make sense.No update for 2 years.

2. Claims to have 20 alarm tones, but only has 10? Don't buy this.Great little app for tracking how much tossing and turning is happening while you're trying to sleepBought it and more adds to buy additional services, sounds like a scam.Stopped tracking recently on S8.

3. Other than the issue with paying and still having ads, the alarm works great and has been very useful.

4. Have to close out app and restart the app just to set the alarm and start tracking every night.

5. I can't sync this app successfully to anything and when it's turned on, at some point thru the night, it quits no record of me even starting it... UGH!!! I now DESPISE this app!!!Could use tweaking.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sleep Time+ Issues

1. Fix Sleep Time+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sleep Time+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sleep Time+ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sleep Time+" » Open Sleep Time+: Sleep Cycle Smart » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sleep Time+ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sleep Time+: Sleep Cycle Smart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sleep Time+ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sleep Time+: Sleep Cycle Smart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sleep Time+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sleep Time+ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sleep Time+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sleep Time+ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sleep Time+ not working


2. Fix Sleep Time+ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sleep Time+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sleep Time+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sleep Time+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
