1. I would love to know how to sync the watch with my phone...otherwise, I could just go get a regular fitness tracker if the phone menu items are not going to work.I just got it and I'm ready to send it back to the store.
2. My phone is currently connected via Bluetooth but the app itself does not connect directly to the watch.
3. I've read all the suggestions about how to make it work, I've tried it from 2 different phones just in case, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, powered off both watches and then only powered one back on, and nothing.I was gifted a Q7 smartwatch (not a Q7 sport smartwatch) for Christmas.
4. they are connected but calls and texts and "Find Phone" does not work at all.
5. EDIT: After manipulation, this watch connected after making sure Bluetooth and location services are enabled.
6. No calls are coming through, it doesn't even show that it's connected through the app even though they're connected by Bluetooth.
7. I really am happy with the quick response, well done!I didn't have any issues connecting my phone and syncing my information, however the firmware would not update after several attempts.

9. The issues we're having are similar to others: 1 - update doesn't load 2 - doesn't track steps properly.
10. I have tried to connect the watch using the only app available on the play store for the last two weeks with no success.
11. The firmware will not update, resets itself several times a day so it doesn't keep track of steps properly.
