1. Delete BancNet Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by BancNet Mobile:

  1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.

  2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get BancNet to delete your account/data:


  1. To delete your BancNet account, contact BancNet via email and provide the reasons for your request.
  2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
  3. Notify BancNet of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete BancNet on Iphone

  1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
  2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
  3. Select the app, and click "Delete BancNet Mobile".


3. Delete BancNet on Android phone

  1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
  2. Click on "Apps & Games".
  3. Select "BancNet Mobile" and Click "Uninstall".

1. BancNet Mobile allows you to activate your mobile device so you can use it to generate One-Time Passwords (OTP) for your bills payments, funds transfers and online payments.

2. To activate your mobile device, open BancNet Mobile, click ACTIVATE MOBILE APP and enter the registration code.

3. During account registration, select Mobile App as default OTP channel.

4. Under Default One Time PIN Channel, select ‘Via Mobile App’ and click Register Now.

5. If you already have a BancNet Online account, login and proceed to Profile Management > Update Profile.

6. To use the app, you must register an account in BancNet Online first.

7. You will receive a registration code through email after you finish registration.

8. You will receive your registration code through email.

    1. I got a duplicate accounts because I forgot the first one and registered a new one

    1. I got a duplicate accounts because I forgot the first one and registered a new one

  • I would like to ask for deletion of my bancnet account since i have registered two accounts. The other has a registered ATM card and the other doesn't. I'd like to use only one account that's why I would like to delete the other because I think it is the reason why I still have a pending status on my bancnet account since I've already contacted my bank and they said all my details are correct.
