JET Customer Insights

1. The jobs should be able to drag n drop on the calendar without specifying a time it is super hard and annoying trying to reschedule stuff, also adding mileage is harder than necessary.

2. The training from Advantage doesn't give clear instructions about how to track time taking training courses.

3. Also the assigned time doesn't match the length of the course for at least one kf the training modules.

4. Constant internet issues, from logging in, taking and uploading photos, opening the app in general, opening documents, performing the job overall, is nearly impossible without running into some kind of issue.

5. There is also no way to delete old emails once they have been read.Every time I try to save time it gets stuck on the loading screen.

6. I follow the method for proper usage and still get emails that time is missing.

7. It either takes a long time to load or it doesn't load at all.

8. I wish there was a third picture location just for the time and temp log.

9. The way the app displays the titles of training cuts off the name which makes it hard to tell what things are.

10. Only thing I think is missing is: If an event or assignment requires you to record a log of temps for food safety.

11. P.S. NEVER SEEN AN ADD THAT I'VE RECOGNIZED!!! WHY IS THAT EVEN A POSTED QUESTION?!? DOESN'T ANYBODY "CHECK/READ/TEST THEIR OWN APP BEFORE IT'S POSTED! 🤔The "update" corrupted the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JET Issues

1. Fix JET Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JET: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JET App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JET" » Open JET Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JET » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JET Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JET servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JET Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JET app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JET might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JET. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JET then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JET not working


2. Fix JET Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JET be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JET not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JET may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
