Why should I report an Issue with JetSign: Fill & Sign PDF Forms?

Note: don't expect to have the fields on the document, which require input, to be automatically selected by this app, as it's basically up to you where you want to add something.USE THIS ONE- I just tried a handful of form fill and sign apps to do a single document and this is the only one that worked without any glitches! The others wasted hours of my time sadly.

2. I have a 17 page form to complete & I can't even scroll to see the bottom of the very first page so I can fill it out! Also, you can NOT circle your answers.This App Is FANTASTIC! I really needed to find a good app to be able to sign various forms and documents with.

3. I immediately found this App downloaded it used it properly and I was satisfied and relieved of all frustrations within 2 minutes.Holy cow, an app for filling out stuff that actually works!!! You can even have others sign and send your files via email or download.

5. One bug though, is that it will make the text box stretch clear to the right and I can't zoom in and see the left side of the document.Might work on a tablet but is TERRIBLE on a ChromeBook with touchscreen.

7. User friendly, not a lot of ads and it sends the documents without rearranging everything- in short, it works the way it's supposed to.Very intuitive and easy to use.

8. It's for simple forms though, as user must tap where to add text, date, or signature on documents.

9. Gives you the option of either downloading document when completed, or emailing it (user must have email client).

10. I've tried so many overly complicated digital signing apps over the years and all have pretty stressful to use rather than quick and simple.

11. BOTH touchscreen and touch pad only allow for zooming in or out & to move the document left or right on the screen.

1. Fix JetSign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JetSign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JetSign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JetSign" » Open JetSign: Fill & Sign PDF Forms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JetSign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JetSign: Fill & Sign PDF Forms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JetSign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JetSign: Fill & Sign PDF Forms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JetSign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JetSign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JetSign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JetSign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JetSign not working

2. Fix JetSign Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JetSign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JetSign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JetSign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
