Why should I report an Issue with Ando Mobile Banking?

After my one deposit I paid my bill afterwards I can't login my account it just sits on the login page like it's loading but I never got to look at my account again I'm deleting this at this moment...and I'm requesting to whomever don't even waste your time you can run to the bank and make your own deposits and get back home in this app would be still loading...NO!!!!!!!!!Leaving Aspiration for Ando! App is fairly basic but super user-friendly and I love that you can see the balance of your linked external bank accounts.

2. They are so confused it's comical.went from opening an account to getting an email saying my i.d. is expired and I need to be verified before opening an account (my i.d doesn't expire until 2025).

3. Please, I just need to see my balance!! I cancelled my account because the app was so bad.It's an OK bank & app.

4. The correct way to handle this situation is common sense and crediting my account.App has some serious bug issues that should be fixed.

5. Mobile check deposit isn't possible on the app, and for an online-only bank this is a deal breaker for me.

6. Also, my card came in and I activated and linked it to my account and it has $5 on it but I get declined everywhere I attempt to swipe it.

7. Other online banks tend to have more but what really gave the 3 stars was the mobile check cashing.

11. Ando uses an outside app (InGo) for check cashing, which is not ideal even if it did work, but connecting to InGo from the app doesn't even work.

1. Fix Ando Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ando: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ando App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ando" » Open Ando Mobile Banking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ando » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ando Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ando servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ando Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ando app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ando might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ando. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ando then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ando not working

2. Fix Ando Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ando be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ando not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ando may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
