1. Fix W&O POS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart W&O POS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the W&O POS App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "W&O POS" » Open W&O POS - Customer » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for W&O POS » click "UPDATE".
- Clear W&O POS - Customer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from W&O POS servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "W&O POS - Customer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check W&O POS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, W&O POS might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall W&O POS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall W&O POS then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing W&O POS not working
