1. Again the app is not working properly... I can't view my salary records... And everytime i try to click the salary it will show another name and it will just hang or keep loading.. online chat customer service is not good because it is only bot or automatic reply which cannot emphasize the issue on this app.Hi, why when i was sign in in mohre apps using uae pass can't connect? And i register in sign up but they say success my registration and wait for the activation link, but until now they didn't send in my given email address.. hope u can help me to open my mohre apps... Is invalid.. same issue also when i try to login with uae pass..It's great app , but some time it make too much mushkil for labors wages not updated on time , so now I paid all labors may 2023 salaries but system don't shows us any update still system shows not paid Kindly review the application thanks and regardsApp is very helpful but its still have bugs wps system is not updating, reports sent by email are not received.

3. For example we are uptodate with April salaries and the app is showing a big red warning of only 13% as being paid!!What happened to this app? I just updated it now but still not responding? It says internal service not responding...can you please fix this?thank you!Worse update yet now.

4. I had unistalled it.Everytime it says something or the other wrong... cant create an account.. sometimes date of birth is invalid, sometimes emirates id is invalid, sometimes labour card no.

5. It's like that since long...hope it will be rectified.Hi ever since your last update our WPS records are not showing correctly.

6. If you were born in the 80's you to spend some time swiping to reach to 1980, just to reset your password.

7. Gets closed when try to check WPS everytime.Very difficult to use and signin.

1. Fix MOHRE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MOHRE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MOHRE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MOHRE" » Open MOHRE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MOHRE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MOHRE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MOHRE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MOHRE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MOHRE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MOHRE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MOHRE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MOHRE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MOHRE not working

2. Fix MOHRE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MOHRE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MOHRE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MOHRE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
