1. Also tried the desktop version and I was asked to pay before even knowing the appointment time??? Frustrating!!! I'd rather go to a walk in.Iv tried 3 other virtual care apps and this one was easy to use and worked very well! Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Virtual Visit Issues

1. Fix Virtual Visit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Virtual Visit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Virtual Visit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Virtual Visit" » Open Virtual Visit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Virtual Visit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Virtual Visit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Virtual Visit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Virtual Visit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Virtual Visit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Virtual Visit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Virtual Visit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Virtual Visit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Virtual Visit not working


2. Fix Virtual Visit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Virtual Visit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
