1. @ing : Could you please just copy another banks app? The multiples ones I have used are far superior.Awful, horrible! This app is just an unoptimised web wrapper of their website, it is terribly slow, does not offer any notifications and does not support fingerprint login.

2. Slow, crashes, moving between screens is a painstaking task and returning to previous screens just doesn't work.

3. The set-uo of PEA or Assurance Vie contracts is laborious, access to opcvm funds is complicated, and contact by phone very very difficult ; absurd for an on-line bank.

7. Don't be racists.This new version is slow, crashes when opened, can not transfer money anymore since its also crashing.

8. Have recommended ING to several people, and have now lost credibility and friends.The numbers don't appear on the app so I'm unable to put in my code to access my account.

9. If you want an online bank, use Revolut or N26, they have proper native apps which are a joy to use.

1. Fix ING France Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ING France: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ING France App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ING France" » Open ING France » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ING France » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ING France app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ING France servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ING France" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ING France app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ING France might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ING France. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ING France then reinstall.
