1. Monzo is the best online banking app right now.Absolute rubbish APP no way to actually manage your account unable to take card payments unable to add payment method then charge you £12 because you cant actually make your payment on time worse ever Wish I could give this app zero there is no facility to add debit card or one of payment its bank transfer or ring them and then listen to a load of rubbish (they charge for the call) for 15mins.

2. Not a promising start.Can't login .when I try says sent email about payments etc when press open email takes me to my outlook account & then doesn't return back to the original app.. uninstalled & reinstalled several times , have given up now on trying to access the app.

3. Had a message saying it was set up again!!! Cannot get through on the phone..more emails!! RUBBISH!!!Very good app I spoke with customer service today to speak about a few things they were very polite and I'm looking forward to using this bank so fingers crossed every thing well for the future.

4. Not to mention I had to go through customer services as trying to activate the card via the automated menu the system insisted repeatedly my account didn't exist.

5. Would be 5 star but can just be a little slow from time to time.No scheduled maintenance for 25th April so it's rather convenient how Cashplus is down considering the fact some are expecting COL payments.

6. Have noticed no reply on previous customer reviews of the people who make it ..Give us some answers!!!Impossible to close the account.

7. It's driving me mad... Would not recommend!I never had any problems and if I do there's always a phone and they answer pretty quickly and no problems at all only thing I wish they do with Google pay so you can have it to your phone apart from that is a little bit outdated if they can update it so you get instant notifications that would be perfectJunk app.

8. Worse ever gone downhill since becoming a bankTook late payment fees when it was their fault..Took two weeks to get it sorted.
