1. My advice is that stay away from Tangerine if you need any support for your banking ever.Annoying asf when I'm trying to place orders and can't access my digital card because the app is updating and doesn't let me use my accounts while the app is in maintenance.
2. I am very happy with Tangerine, and I LOVE how there's no requirements to keep your accounts fee free (like having 3 specific products to have a fee free account like other banks such as RBC).
3. Mobile support doesn't care it looks like, since I have been sending emails over and over for the last 3-4 months.I have had this apply for a while now, but as of a few days ago it stopped working.The app simply will not open.
4. It's a great app so far I can't complain!Generally good app but some negative feedback for the company: when it comes to disputing credit card charges, I have waited for hours to speak to an agent and still not gotten through.
5. it had to have been probably one of the easiest setups I've ever done and most of it was done automatically for you so no having to have steady hands to take photos of your ID or even check deposits for that matter your app does it all for you all you have to do is fill in the details.
6. Chequing account details has been displaying an error for the last couple of months.
7. Having them separate is great, but it would be nice to also have a total at the top of the page.Not sure why, but it thinks I'm doing transactions from a day later after 11pm.

10. I'm starting to think there is no charge dispute team and the hold period will simply last forever.I used to be a loyal Tangerine client.
11. You would think that credit card charge disputes would be important enough to keep a base staff.
