1. It works for a little while after installing the app then says 'Authentication Required' and makes you put in your user name and password from then on, until you guessed it... uninstall and reinstall it again.This app is a pain, honestly.

2. It keeps telling me the data network is busy and to try again later but it never starts working again later until I delete and reinstall the app! Please fix whatever is happening with the app lately!App is constantly needing uninstalled and reinstalled periodically to be useful.

3. The app randomly makes you enroll again, turns off your finger print pass at its whim, and this is the most frustrating of all; says your password is wrong then locks you out of your account.

4. And every time after until i learned that if i uninstall the app and reinstall it, it usually works great again.

5. And half the time, it makes me enter my number so it can send me a text with a code.

6. I had to uninstall, and reinstall to force the sign in screen.Does not work at all now.

7. Once I've correctly entered my passWORD, it wants to text me an authentication code.

8. You need an app that better represents that!Your app freezes it'll let you into one page (whatever you call it) and it freezes it will not go back to the previous page, it will not skip , it will not do anything when you hit the later button or the let's go button.

9. It makes me sign in with my username all the time.

10. But most of the time, once I am logged in, it works fine.

11. However I'm not sure what changed but now every other week or so I have to delete and reinstall the app because it stops letting me log in.

1. Fix Peoples Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Peoples: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Peoples" » Open Peoples Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Peoples » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Peoples Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Peoples servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Peoples Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Peoples app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Peoples might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Peoples. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Peoples then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Peoples not working


2. Fix Peoples Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Peoples be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Peoples not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Peoples may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
