I love that there is an inbuilt budgeting system, so I am less inclined to overspend when I can check my spendable money and lock my account if I'm tempted to impulsively buy things (i.e. good for a drunken night out when I'm trying to spend like a high roller, forgetting I have no money for that kind of business).Absolutely love this Bank.
3. Seems like the user experience got sidelined here for... I don't know, it seems overall worse than, for example, the CommBank app.Constant outages and constant issues with fraudulent transactions still being made even though I locked both my digital and physical cards.
4. I don't think it's my phone as I haven't encountered this on any other apps.Since we started using Up, both me and my Player2 closed our other bank accounts (at one of the big 4).
5. She had a minor bug that she reported and it got fixed in a matter of days - this is what I call attention to the customer's needs! For the whole team - Keep Up the amazing job!The greatest banking app I've ever used.
6. I would never want to change banks unless they had the same featuresThe bank seems great, but golly goodness is the app fiddly and confusing.
7. Being able to have multiple shared savers and personal savers is great for budgeting and planning all our costs for all the different payment cycles.
8. Made the switch recently! It took me some time to get used to the layout as it's very different from a traditional bank.
