1. I havent been able to use my balance, on a couple of months and counting (Mind you about 5$, but I wont put more to it if its not working)First I was sent a new card when I never requested it... Only way to activate is thru app.. two days I've been trying to Access funds and account with no help from customer support who's yet to call about login errors.. sign up is good and referral fee.. first time however with my biggest load all of a sudden it crashesIf I could give 0 stars...they promise you money upon sign up and for referrals (after they're activated) you won't get it.

2. I can also appreciate bambu's nature and purpose which allows those without social security numbers to bank rather than be placed in a problematic cash cashing and money wiring system that has been allowed to prey upon individuals with limited banking choices.

3. Another feature that would be useful is the ability to turn on or off your card.Worst app ever! Will lock your account and claim fraud even when u haven't used the card in a while.

4. It's easy to use, but i can't or maybe i don't know how to send money from my account to another one in a different bank.I think the app itself functions just fine.

5. The interface is easy enough to use, and has been improved over the last couple years.

6. They'll claim "they have a high call volume"Suspicious, I just opened an account and it is already locked up with a "error message" don't know.

7. I received my referral money very quickly $110.00. App is very easy to navigate.

8. Used it a bit, and was able to top it up, no problems, everything was going great, but suddenly the card stoped working.

9. STILL EMAILING YALL NO RESPONSES!!!Got the app over 4 months ago, still says there looking at information.

10. And don't write back telling me to get hold of customer service because there is no way to contact them when there still looking at your "information"..There are no ads, but there's a lot of work to do.

11. I got the singing bonus, and my card arrived by mail in a timely manner.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyBambu Issues

1. Fix MyBambu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyBambu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyBambu App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyBambu" » Open MyBambu » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyBambu » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyBambu app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyBambu servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyBambu" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyBambu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyBambu might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyBambu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyBambu then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyBambu not working


2. Fix MyBambu Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyBambu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyBambu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyBambu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Thank you For this great opportunity… I have been finding to talk about this online bank MyBambu.com they close my account and I have a savings of $200 on it they refused to send me my check after calling multiple times they stop answering my calls I tried to reach them it been since 2020 they had seized my money they keep sending me account statements but I can’t login below is my email attached to my account starman6712@redacted please verify this and get back to me on how to get my money off your bank….I deposited this fund’s through an ACH deposit and it was from an account in my own name that’s is also associated wit huh my MyBambu bank I don’t see any reason why you should lock my account and hold my money I deposited 300$ and I withdraw 100$ from the same locations you did sent my card too please give me reasons why you close or hold my account thank you 🙏🙏
