1. As others have said, it's cluttered, unintuitive, and literally harder to see as well.Had an issue in which a transfer between my accounts did not result in a confirmation screen, instead staying on the payment page.
2. The new app design is a step backwards for practicality and ease of use.Haven't been able to view my transaction history for my savings account for a couple of weeks.
3. It either skips straight past the login screen to a weird state where it appears to be open but shows no data or if you do get the login screen it then takes much longer to login than the previous version.
4. Also all of my accounts have disappeared from the account screen this morning.
5. For the sake of "adding colour" we also seem to have added a bunch of additional (pointless) steps to once simple processes like paying a bill.Easy to use, and overall pretty good.
6. I'm assuming someone looked at screen shots and decided it looked good! Login is terrible.
7. Why show the pin pad when I log in with biometrics? It takes longer to do a simple transfer between accounts (8 steps).
8. The screen is now cluttered with useless junk (icons) on each account.
9. I also preferred when you could see your account balance while making a transfer.
10. Luckily this occurred on a transfer to my own account and not a third party.
11. Fingerprint lock is all well and good, but if I can't use the app to do my banking what's the point? Would like to see that these fundamental banking features are included in the next update.
