Lost my money and the trust on this kind of appI was able to send a fax using the web app only, but the reason why I hated it is because after cancelling the service and getting the cancellation confirmation, they kept charging my paypal account... And when I raised the issue, I was told it's my fault I didn't cancel the paypal payment agreement.I have a fully paid up subscription for aFax to go account with this company.

The customer service is incredibly abysmal, I do not recommend this company.It did not worked, I sent documents from scan scaner to this app and It didn't see any document , I hope my personnal info wasn't shared.I loaded 250 credit and the app when I restart my phone the credit has disappeared.Do NOT download this app.

1. Fix Fax app Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fax app: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
