1. Thank you SOOOOO much for making a free faxing solution perfect for the modern age where I need only a couple facsimiles a year! ❤️This app is not free you only get to send 5 pages per year.

2. And yes the correct number was entered, permissions granted, fax previewed, good internet,up-to-date application etc.Don't lose your login info, there is no way to recover it from the app and I've been waiting a week for a response from customer service for assistance.

3. I sent a 4 pg document with a cover sheet which is the max number of sheets sent and I get an auto reply back saying it only allows you 5 paper.

4. As the fax I needed to send was time sensitive, I didn't have time to find and download another app.

5. Plus they offered me a free 24 hour extension on my first number reservation, didn't need it, didn't ask, they just gave it.

6. There is a compose a fax option at the top of the page that was not exactly the smoothest process to get through but I attempted to send a fax.

7. Outgoing can send files from your phone and I've found incoming is best to print from your email attachment.

8. The faxes didn't even always go through, sometimes I would have to send faxes two or three times.

10. I even tried sending the fax pages several times and in different ways and have still gotten the same reply.I LOVE this app! Everything is perfect, useful and simple.

1. Fix Fax Burner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fax Burner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fax Burner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fax Burner" » Open Fax Burner - Get & Send Faxes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fax Burner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fax Burner - Get & Send Faxes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fax Burner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fax Burner - Get & Send Faxes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fax Burner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fax Burner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fax Burner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fax Burner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fax Burner not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fax Burner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fax Burner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fax Burner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
