1. I wish more apps were like that! Highly recommended app 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐You upload files and it either crashes, BUT, the biggest problem is if goes to another page in the app, or you close the app, then you go back to the fax you were working on, it does NOT SAVE any uploads you did, you have to start over and over and over- VERY ANNOYING!! SUGGESTION: When uploading files, make sure the app SAVES the information/uploads, even if you or the app closes, you can go back and continue from where you left off, like saving an email to draft for use later... PLEASE FIXNeeded to Fax a document and oh! No Landline phone to connect my printer to, I mean who still has a landline?? Didn't want to go to the local mailbox place so I looked for an app.

2. Installing this app was a complete waste of time.Cheap, and super easy to use! I needed to just send a few pages and for $2.99 I got to send unlimited for 7 days.

3. Wasn't too concerned about the speed, faxing has always been slow, but at least it worked.This app helped me out in a pinch and I was able to send A PDF quickly.. Although the "2.99" was a bit misleading.. That is for a one week trial.

4. I don't mind as it did the trick when needed and was the only one I found that could but its time to cancel that but will keep the app on my phone for that 'Just In Case' moment :)This program works great.

5. I wish the cover page on this was a little more flexible because I didn't need to add my phone number but for what I was doing it didn't matter.

8. The first app wouldn't connect to the network and the second one didn't even have a cover page.

9. It allows you to take a picture of what you need to send, crop it, and it looks just like you scanned it.

10. First, the $2.99 charge for unlimited faxes for a week was setup as a weekly subscription in my PayPal account.

1. Fix Fax Gun Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fax Gun: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fax Gun App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fax Gun" » Open Fax Gun: Send & Receive Fax » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fax Gun » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fax Gun: Send & Receive Fax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fax Gun servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fax Gun: Send & Receive Fax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fax Gun app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fax Gun might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fax Gun. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fax Gun then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fax Gun not working

2. Fix Fax Gun Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fax Gun be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fax Gun not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fax Gun may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
