1. My money stuck and it's been 5 days I didn't receive any money, they don't have a solution or even don't do anything, it's from to local, not international, they ui app worst because there's no time estimation for transfer between local bank, worst services ever.Since i have downloaded this app and trying to register it's making trouble for id verification and already my sim is updated with iqama but every time it's shows id verification not complete plz contact customer service i don't understand why it's like this even i have updated and again unstalled and install it two times but same problem plz fix this problem and reply ThanksGreat apps...so far so good!! Transfered money either pick-up or direct to bank account ...successfull!! Rate is good!! easy to use.. stc pay good 👍 👌 😎...Needs tons of fixes.
2. When i tried to put the ID expiry date it only shows the past calendar, it doesn't allow me to select the correct expiry date because there is no upcoming calender.Very poor and almost unusable on android.
3. I tried to upload ID for my on-hold international transaction but it doesn't work.
4. It has great potential, just needs to fix the bugs.I had bad experienced using this app services, they having worst services and the customer services are unprofessional employee.

8. I ordered from iherb, and I cancelled by mistake at the same moment, in which the money should be reversed at the same moment.
9. The hide transaction feature for old transactions i dont need does not work.
10. Some money transfer companies already have their own kiosk in which you don't have to be in line.
11. Please check your location settings and try again." All other apps that uses Location are functioning well.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix stc pay Issues
1. Fix stc pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart stc pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing stc pay not working
2. Fix stc pay Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make stc pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to stc pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, stc pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
