1. What is merchant ID? Would someone tell me?I really downloaded the application and I get started correct but the ask merchant ID that one become trouble, I put several times my ID, it was failed anytime, please can you help resolve that issueI already downloaded the app ,the problem is when i enter my merchant id ,its log in failed .. hope u can help me.Is there a problem with ma device coz iv been trying to download the app since yesterday but no progress.

I have download the app and its not working at all, its tellin me that it cant determine my location, i should turn the location locating method on high accuracy settings and yet my location is on ....i cant rate it unless if it works for meWe are receiving payments from customer , but after customer makes payment it shows Payment Successful but in transaction history it shows nothing.

1. Fix stc pay Merchant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart stc pay Merchant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the stc pay Merchant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "stc pay Merchant" » Open stc pay Merchant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for stc pay Merchant » click "UPDATE".
