2. But it seems like a few weeks ago it got fixed and with the latest version i can actually use it now! Last week I scheduled an appointment with a doctor via video call and i got connected to somebody in Singapore who appeared to be a real doctor, I was positively surprised and impressed so I'm updating my review from 1 to 4 stars.The app does not let me log in.
3. After a few times of trying this, it would crash even when attempting to log in.As with many other reviewers, I cannot login - the error "Oops, something went wrong" comes up even though I've registered and can login to the website fine.
4. Cigna can and should do better.The app doesn't let me login - error: The information you entered doesn't match our records - but my credentials work in the website.
5. Doesn't login with valid credentials (logs in cigna envoy but not this app) even though my husband has a corporate plan.
6. Although it worked after the reinstall and I could schedule a video consultation, when the time of the consultation came, the app crashed every time I pressed the "join now" button, and I had to log in again.
7. This app used to be completely broken and non-functional until quite recently, I wasn't even able to login because it used to either error or just directly crash.
8. [UPDATE] Still not able to login with the latest 1st June 2021 update.
9. Same error as 4 months ago persists.90% of time doesn't work.
10. The only reason I have the app is to be able to access telehealth services as there are much better apps available to provide wellness and fitness advice tailored to my needs.
11. I have emailed customer support back and forth about this issue a month ago but clearly nothing has been fixed yet.
