1. Very sad to see it discontinued.It's been a great help in my overall health journey, especially the sleep tracker which is by far the most accurate of any device.

2. Pros: sleep tracker and steps accuracy, LOVED the workouts and trainers in and wish I could access them somewhere after it's discontinued.

7. do not turn off Bluetooth if you ever want your watch to synch again.. it confuses it for some reason.. and you have no access to your watch (no time) until it synchs againApp content is great but app functionality is awful.

10. The only way to watch workouts is on a smartphone/tablet, unless you can stream your device to a television (which doesn't work when the app crashes).

1. Fix Amazon Halo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amazon Halo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amazon Halo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazon Halo" » Open Amazon Halo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazon Halo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amazon Halo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazon Halo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazon Halo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amazon Halo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazon Halo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Halo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazon Halo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazon Halo not working

2. Fix Amazon Halo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazon Halo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazon Halo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazon Halo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
