1. You can tap on notifications all day and nothing happens.I can't get it to log in from my iPad or my Galaxy 8 and I just registered my account so I know I'm using the right log in information.Nothing. This app does nothing gives you cs telephone number, nurse phone number, and access to a copy of your insurance card.

2. That's it.You should make "date of birth" login a bit easier instead of having to roll back the year 912 months.Hard to navigate there sitesuseless can't make payments on it.Impossible to create account.

3. I don't know what other reviewers did wrong, it's pretty straight forward sign in, but not a problem here.Meh. It tells you where your deductible is at and gives you nurse line and customer service phone numbers.

4. Work perfectly, using plan login, retrieved all my info.

5. I can even login using finger print sensor for my phone.

6. Has card id and all billing info, and is connected to WebMD for researching concerns.

7. I expected to be able to navigate benefits like the OTC option, cost reduction, etc.

8. App supposedly hasn't been update for a couple of years yet works well.

9. The only convenient aspect is that it has your insurance cards in the app in case you don't have the physical cards.

10. Kind of worthless.Nothing works.

11. The calendar isn't set up to enter birth year which is a required field, smh! This app needs more work before we are expected to use it.App. will download but will not open.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Security Health Plan Issues

1. Fix My Security Health Plan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Security Health Plan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Security Health Plan App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Security Health Plan" » Open My Security Health Plan » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Security Health Plan » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Security Health Plan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Security Health Plan servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Security Health Plan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Security Health Plan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Security Health Plan might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Security Health Plan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Security Health Plan then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Security Health Plan not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Security Health Plan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
