Stafftrack Customer Insights

1. There needs to be a way to get in other than security questions because they DO NOT WORK either!! Help me please I'm over this frustration please help please fix.Edit: 3 months later this issue again, I just logged in earlier on one of my breaks, please fix this so I may check my schedule please! I tried to log in and said my username/password are incorrect which is not true considering I logged in earlier on one of my breaks.

2. I used to easily log into my account but I haven't been able to do so since last month...Good app!!! I haven't had any problems using this app!!! Very helpful Thank you!!!!!Doesn’t keep you signed in, even when you check the "remember me" box.

3. This is not acceptable seeing as we have to use the app to view pat etc but also to adjust & view schedulesHorrible! Can't log in ever.. have to change the password every time I try to log in and 9 times out 10 I get an error code when I answer the security questions come up with a new password and it then it won't accept it.

4. So frustrating!I can't get into my account again! I've changed passwords and security answers I also have samsung pass so I can see my password.

5. I can't even reset my password anymore.Won't let me log in, keeps saying my password is inorrect and when I try "forgot password" and enter my email, nothing happens when I hit next, it just stays on the same screen asking for my email.

6. I'm trying to update my information and check my pay stubs and I can't do that because this app is not functional.Awesome app !! Been using it off and on.

7. I've had to reset my password 5x and each time I log in I have to make a new one due to system not functioning right.

8. Frequently says my password is wrong when it's not as I've recorded it due to it saying it previously.

9. A question mark doesn't count as a special character for setting up a pass; for whatever reason.

10. Can't ever access my pay check stubs.

11. You can't even gain access to your account most times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Stafftrack Issues

1. Fix Stafftrack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Stafftrack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Stafftrack App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stafftrack" » Open Stafftrack Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stafftrack » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Stafftrack Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stafftrack servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stafftrack Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Stafftrack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stafftrack might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Stafftrack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stafftrack then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stafftrack not working


2. Fix Stafftrack Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stafftrack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stafftrack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stafftrack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
