Touch 'n Go eWallet Customer Insights

1. The apps forcing me to link device , after I tried the feature ( face recognition) the whole app hangs n keep saying oops log in unsuccessful.

2. Second, if we want to change our information , the notice told us that after 7 days and there is no response they will contact through email but there's no response at allHave not seen any apps as unfriendly as this TNG.

3. I have to loggin every time using code to send to the phone with SIM card and and phone with bank account code for reload.

4. It is very difficult to press the password to enter the password after using the screen reading and payment method, which is more difficult than unlocking the phone with the unlock code.

5. Some people rely on the app to purchase stuff u know.The apps sucks, it requires to scan your face to log in but the apps just can't complete the scan.

6. Such lousy apps in fact I would not use at all if it not because of plus highway.I am horrified to find out that my account has suspicious activity .

7. But 2023? Why are you making our lives difficult? Uninstalling again!Good but I always get the "Suspicious Activity Alert" without actually giving me a way to remove any suspensions.

8. Simply horrible, horrible, horrible, you hear that? (KOSONG star) why on earth I can't login my account on the same device, "face not detected".

9. Also, why do you need Location permission just to function?Deleted my previous review thinking it was not good but only to end up giving a 0 star again.

10. The apps does not reload by itself even you have set it to be ( I have set auto reload but it never done that).

11. It is the only e-wallet that spams the users all the timeOverall the app is good and some of it can be reconsidered but the problem is about our info.

  3. Clear Touch 'n Go eWallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Touch 'n Go eWallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Touch 'n Go eWallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Touch 'n Go eWallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Touch 'n Go eWallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Touch 'n Go eWallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Touch 'n Go eWallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Touch 'n Go eWallet not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Touch 'n Go eWallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  • Kenapa tiba2 tng application sy xboleh dibuka dan digunakan... Sudah 3 hari sy cuba hubungi customer service tetapi sy tunggu samp 1 jam pun masih tiada pihak yg menjawab panggilan sy. Sy tidak berpuas hati dgn khidmat pelanggan tng dan sy akan melaporkan kepada bahagian pengguna diatas perkara ini... Menyusahkan aku betul... Aku Betul2 nk marah... Khidmat pelanggan mcm sial
