1. At the end of every trail all I see is the word failed! Come on guys, if you want users to use your app you must simplified the process otherwise people are not going to put up with this garbage!!!!!Where is MPT Bill payment? I have been billing for FTTH internet with MPT Pay and it was fine.

People cannot work so fast when they want to transfer, top up, and so on.the app is fine and easy to use except that the connection keeps dying every five minutes and you have to log in using password (not otp) also please add more banking servicesGreat app and smooth in latest versions/get e-money back in higher percentage/ appropriate with mpt user for this app's cash back.

1. Fix MPT Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MPT Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MPT Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MPT Pay" » Open MPT Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MPT Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MPT Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MPT Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MPT Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MPT Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MPT Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MPT Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MPT Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MPT Pay not working

2. Fix MPT Pay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MPT Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MPT Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MPT Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
