Also, careful when trying to install the app while abroad, I got locked out of my account twice before giving up.App is only in french, also you cant add as beneficiary is the account is outside france, also you cant see the IBAN of the person or company that you have sent the money and last but not least you cant set up regularly monthly payments for foreign accounts.
2. If I can access my bank on a browser, I should be able to access it through an App without these permission, they should be at least optional.This app is not user friendly there is no english version.I suppose the app works okay, the problem is with the features of the bank.
3. The whole day the app was not working! That's unacceptable and very bad as a user experience !We visit LCL banks🇫🇷 on and off for various reasons but fail to realize and appreciate the staff for their exceptional service.

10. No adding as beneficiary an account outside of France, no way to schedule a transfer either.
11. When I set my fingerprint the app tell me that's doesn't work but why ? We are in 2020 and no way to have an app which work properly, without counting the crashes and even more things which is make this app very very very very bad.
