1. 2 more months and I will leave France so no more need for this account thankfullyVery difficult to to use by non native french speakers there should be language option, secondly too many bugging I can't even transfer money to my school account within France as the app keep freezing all the time I tried to initiate the process again same thing happened,this is very annoying... Fix this and get good star from me .slow. always have to restart.

2. Wonder why this even existImpossible to update the application to be able to check my account! Tried so many times without any results..cleared my cache, emptied space .. still nothing works , this is for sure coming from the application itself, please fix this bug..Would love the app to be in English, I'm sure we were not the only expats who were struggling with the French language in the beginning.

3. Double tap to open and instead of verifying a purchase, it diverts to opening the app...... Rubbish! Perhaps add in the app an OBVIOUS option to verify key? If an option is already there, I've never found it as my understanding of the french language is limited.

4. The links in the notification messages work one time out of five, as does the access to your account or insurance documents.

5. The option never works for me.keeps refusing my payments due to stupid 'plafonds'even though I have sufficient money on my account.
