Why should I report an Issue with Hodler – Crypto Portfolio?

1. Another missing feature is the lack of historical portfolio data - if you add an asset it presumes you have held it forever, meaning there is no way to calculate your profit.My goto tracker for the last few years but lately loading the prices has been so slow its become unusable.

2. Would like the ability to duplicate a portfolio and the ability to arrange portfolios in a particular order.Used to be amazing.....unfortunately, I'm now getting "server not available" messages around 75% of the time I open it.

3. Some people will pay for quality so just release a non-ads paid version and finished.This is one of the apps that I mainly use for alerts/news and so far its having a tuff time with the alerts task.

9. The plus side is the news, it's very useful on reporting the latest news and that's why I gave it 3 stars, but hopefully the alerts gets an overhaul to function correctly.

1. Fix Hodler Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hodler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hodler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hodler" » Open Hodler – Crypto Portfolio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hodler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hodler – Crypto Portfolio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hodler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hodler – Crypto Portfolio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hodler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hodler might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hodler. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hodler then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hodler not working

2. Fix Hodler Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hodler be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hodler not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hodler may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
