Intermittent Fasting Customer Insights

1. Personally I think if they were to add a calorie counter and fitness tracker(Like the ones where you enter what workout you do, for how long, and it tells you how much calories you lose.) Would be a game changer.Not telling a person the recipes are ALL based on a vegetarian diet is very deceiving.

2. You can dig around to find the list record, which is a pain, but it's accurate... unless you accidentally save a wrong fasting time, which you can't delete.

3. Customer service states their subscription is there prior to payment confirmation, however, when trying to locate to cancel...did not even register.

4. And the stories are generally useful and positive reinforcement for the overall effort.I downloaded this app thinking that it would help on my fasting journey, I spent $29 for the three-month plan.

5. I will check to be sure.Do NOT download! I tried to cancel the subscription prior to the trial ending and did not show that I even had a subscription.

6. I wish I knew this before, I would have downloaded a free timer and not wasted my money on FastEasy app.I like the app and the reminders it offers.

1. Fix Intermittent Fasting Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Intermittent Fasting: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Intermittent Fasting App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Intermittent Fasting" » Open Intermittent Fasting: FastEasy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Intermittent Fasting » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Intermittent Fasting: FastEasy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Intermittent Fasting servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intermittent Fasting: FastEasy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Intermittent Fasting app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Intermittent Fasting might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Intermittent Fasting. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Intermittent Fasting then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Intermittent Fasting not working


2. Fix Intermittent Fasting Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Intermittent Fasting be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Intermittent Fasting not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Intermittent Fasting may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Immediately upon receipt of the app I requested that it be canceled. I subsequently have made repeated attempts to delete the app. You make it almost impossible to communicate with you. I consider this fraud and will be proceeding as such. I expect to receive a full refund for all the charges that you’re illegally charged to my account. The app is useless and you have no professionalism.

  • I saw the add on instagram....paid $28 94, but was never offered to make an account...no email notication (after I had provided it) and it has already been charged on my card. I would like to unsubscribe and have my money refunded, before this month is over. Please get back to me or I will be forced to speak to higher authorities and report this app As a scam. Either way, as I am reading all these complaints, I believe you already know you're a scammer.

  • I saw the ad for it on Instagram and took the quiz. Wanting to try it out, I signed up and paid $13.99 for the month with a 53% discount that was only going to last for a certain amount of time. I made a password; but the email and password didn’t work when I tried getting on the app. So, I paid for the app, but it won’t let me get into it. Please fix this. Thank you.
