My only suggestion for improvement would be to increase the target fasting hours as some people do fasts in excess of 100 plus hours.Super simple and sleek app makes it easier than ever to track fasting and weight over time! The simplicity is a plus rather than a downfall in my opinion - much better than the other apps constantly haranguing you about buying their monthly memberships for trainer tips and whatnot.Does what I need without any extraneous features.

It does exactly what its supposed to do..NO popup ads.... im so glad i found this app!!!! Will recommend!!So simple!
