1. Switch "kb" to "lb" to track ur weight go to "stats" then click on the settings picture in upper right corner.๐๐โฎ๏ธThe best feature of this app is that it is constantly in the notification bar on top of the phone that I'm fasting.
2. Only thing I think that would make it better is for the weight feature to also show a graph or timeline so you can actually see your progress on a weekly and monthly basis.Great fasting app.
3. Unlike all the others I've seen, the app is simple, intuitive, and does what it says..helps you track your intermittent fasting.
4. UPDATE: 9/21/22 I've been fasting 16/8 straight the last few days 18th - 21st & it didn't record it, nor can I put it in manually.
5. Also, if you fail to meet your fasting goal time, it still counts it in your continuous fasting day count, which means as long as I record something everyday, I can essentially cheat that stat.
6. It tracks fasting, water intake and weight.
7. It is the second IF app I've tried and seems to have what I need, which is IF, weight & water tracker.
8. Weight tracking is simple and perfect; weight chart is backwards because the most recent is to the left side.
9. I like that you can modify schedules to when you're actually fasting and not just giving you a countdown and a rigid schedule.
10. One comment for the developer: the weight is able to go from metric to imperial, but the height seems to only be in metric.
11. The fasting charts reads left to right though, as expected.
