Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Window Issues

1. Fix Window Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Window: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Window App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Window" » Open Window - Fasting tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Window » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Window - Fasting tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Window servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Window - Fasting tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Window app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Window might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Window. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Window then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Window not working


2. Fix Window Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Window be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Window not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Window may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have cancelled my Window subscription on 28.06.2022 as i have not used the app. However, £39.99 has been deducted from my bank account. Could i please request a refund. Kind regards

  • Hi, I created an account and had the free trial. I canceled your subscription and was still charged $40 this morning. I deleted your app probably two weeks ago by now. I’d like to get my $40 back considering I don’t have or use your service. Thanks.

  • Hello my is LaTrese LeSane, I recently tried the windows fasting app. Did not like it. I canceled the subscription and deleted the app and I was still charged $39.99 today. I no longer have the subscription/app. Please assist me with getting my refund.
