1. TLDR: It's more attractive than any other fasting app I've used, it's ad free, and it tracks the hours/weight, so sufficient for use.The whole purpose of this app is to help you track your intermittent fasting which it meets at the basic levels.
2. It is very helpful to be able to edit the start/end times in case you forget! I do wish you could track food and add notes, and since you already have the breath/blood ketone, maybe add the pee stick tracking for us poor people 😊.
3. I only use it basically as a timer because that makes fasting incredibly easy for me, for some reason my fitbit timer only goes up to an hour(very stupid, what's the point?) And I use my phone timer constantly at work and can't run 2 timers at once.
4. If you only add one thing definitely option to add notes, I track my glucose so when my levels go up and down it would be helpful for me to be able to put in there what I ate and when.
5. One of things that sets this app apart from the others is the 5 stages of fasting that are incorporated into the tracking.
6. I haven't been able to figure out how to participate in chat with the people within a group that you join, perhaps I'm just missing something.
7. I wish there were more measurement records (it only tracks weight, waist, glucose, and ketones), more emotion options (you can't say you're irritable, sad, etc.
8. However, the reminder to stop your fasting tracking is not consistent at all.
9. I was worried they'd take away function when I saw life+...I have tried 3 different fasting apps and this is the best.
10. Just get your basics right and allow me to set a reminder to start fasting as well.
11. Excellent app, for beginners especially, because it teaches you why fasting works, why you should eat healthier, and all about metabolism.
