1. I have no idea how to add credit to my account cause it just loads forever and never pulls out any optionApp is not working downloaded the app since I use it online but thought the app would be easier but I cant even log in says that an error has occured logging In and i uninstalled and installed the app several times and no go.
2. Easy to navigate but will not show me a copy of a paper bill to see exactly what the carges areSince the update I haven't been able to view my bills or see usage.
3. I've notice people been having same issue.Having trouble logging in to account since the day i downloaded.
4. Deleted app and downloaded again and still is not working.Unable to log in....Yes I'm using correct login, because I'm able to log in on web browser but not the app.
5. Update-still trash and useless.Broken, have not been able to log in for months now.
6. So now only I will use the CPL website until app is fixed.It doesnt show my payments anymore or anything else in general!! It literally doesnt have any of my information it used to have before the app got updated.
7. I tried everything to log in and it's not working i can just log on thru the web not the app something's wrong with the app it's not reading some codes or something needs to be fixed .
8. If I could I would give it zero stars since I can't even use the app to log in .The newer version of the app seems to work well enough, but I can't schedule a payment without the month and day being swapped.
9. I have already cleared my cache, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing seemed to help.
10. Looks like my payment would be 7 months overdue.Everything is perfect on the app.
11. Selecting 01/08/2021 on the app calendar results in 08/01/2021.
