Last thing can you make interchange the clear area to customer cause i always clear the orders instead of seacrhing and can you also make shortcuts for searching the items example .ctrl s if they dont have barcodes and make the total biggerVery good app! I like it! But if this free forever? Hope you can create a manual entering price on items tat we forget to keyin.

If I decided to purchase this app I will give 5 star and recommend to all my friends in businessI like it, it's just so fine but not perfect, my personal reason is that when i sell my rice to customers some just buy with a amount of money not in weight which I have to hold on my calculator to find out how much weight of rice i have to get for them.

1. Fix W&O POS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart W&O POS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the W&O POS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "W&O POS" » Open W&O POS - Retail Point of Sale » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for W&O POS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear W&O POS - Retail Point of Sale app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from W&O POS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "W&O POS - Retail Point of Sale" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check W&O POS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, W&O POS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall W&O POS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall W&O POS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing W&O POS not working

2. Fix W&O POS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make W&O POS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to W&O POS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, W&O POS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
