eRetail Customer Insights

1. THANK UConcept is nice ,but improvement like having customer dont want too many company in the eretail app ,select company not having option those customer ,everytime need to be refresh data & sync ,auto sync & refresh data not having option ,in every work like pdc ,o/s ,ledger need to be sync & refresh data for current data ,if doing sync &refresh thn it will take much more time in servr data ,thats y customer are irrating to keep everything all those thing in everytime ! Plz improve server is posibleVery big disappointed after the new updates.. Warning show TROJAN malware found in ERetail App which stopped working for the new payment transactions.

2. 3.in this app customer has to sesrch items manually , this is a big limitation of this app, in product section all the product must show automatically so that customer can choose whatever he wants, otherwise he will search only those items he needs urgently, also when we go to category option after adding items there is no provison to watch which item is already added ,that is there is no cart option which all apps are providing, lot of work required, watch other apps and improve fastWorst app, maximum time takes so much time to open then crashes,after searching the products within 4-5 seconds redirect to home page automatically, disappointed.1)Its very useful app & working very well thanks.

3. It would be easy to order for all.Dear Marg, its a good initiative to bring this app,but after using this eretail app, I feel very confusing,needs update n first of all, 1.customer cant see item image when they open item list, they have to select d item then he can view the image.

4. Its more convenient if some options like rate copmare & scheme on products.2) AFTER PLACING ORDER THE STOCKIEST IS ABEL TO CHANGE ORDER SCHEME 4 EXAMPLE ONE PRODUCT HAS 8+2 SCHEME BUT STOCKIEST CHANG IT TO 9+1.

5. In this eretail app, dont have proper cart options or icon,so its bit difficult to understand what they have choose previously as a first time user.

6. Only one thing you need to change in search option, it should show only products which has stocks.

7. Hope it will be improved, Thanks.Very good app, payment is now more easy,but one thing is very confusing that the payment which we have done is also shows on summary by writing txn no.

8. which is very confusing when we select the bill for payment it is ( txn no.amount) is also selected if not selected carefully & added in total..so this has to be rectifyOverall good app,.

9. 3) SOME PRODUCTS R SEEN TO BE AVAILABLE OR IN STOCK BUT AFTER PLACING ORDER IT NOT AVAILABLE THAT MEANS ITS NOT UPDATING STOCK PROPERLY.

10. It isn't a network issue from my service provider as other apps in my device are working normally.

11. Second, No cash backs received in last 4 payments done through Marg Paytm.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eRetail Issues

1. Fix eRetail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart eRetail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the eRetail App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eRetail" » Open eRetail - B2B Order & Payment » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eRetail » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear eRetail - B2B Order & Payment app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eRetail servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eRetail - B2B Order & Payment" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eRetail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eRetail might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eRetail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eRetail then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eRetail not working


2. Fix eRetail Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eRetail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eRetail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eRetail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
