1. No online payment method for Malaysia supported yet.Very easy to use, need improvement on add item, you can add item with the same barcode, this will create duplicate entry, and U cannot remember which item you already add.
2. When I add a new category, it pops in wherever, and I spend a lot of time searching through my inventory looking for the category I need to complete a sale.Had to change rating.
3. The UI of POS system is unique and friendly, but I have an advice to the developer to their functions related and that is the "add item button" plz this button add on the top at the side of search bar.
4. Attendance tracking is lack of accuracy and owner if business still have to manually input hours to calculate salary.
5. There is a monthly or yearly subscription but is not necessary to purchase, the free features are more than enough for any small business to operate.
6. For example, if I have an excel list of say 300 customers or 500 products, I should be able to import them to the app without have to manually input them one by one!The Zobase POS app is amazing.
7. Also, a huge plus! NO ADS INTERRUPTING YOUR WORK! I absolutely recommend this app.One of the only truly free inventory management app, no surprise fees or subscription.
8. On the more>item and subitems menu, it more usefull if we can search item using barcode, it more faster and unique.

10. I love that it's free, but wish there was a way to sort, or organize the "catergoties" either alphabetically or manually.

I can't cancel my premium subscription. I want to cancel it since I don't use the app as I no longer have a store. Their cancel procedure doesn't work as it doesn't show my account. They're the ones who will cancel it and not the user. They told me that they will cancel it 'soon' - doesn't have any date. And I
have been charged again this July 6.
