Why should I report an Issue with Drago - Billing, Accounts, Ord?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Currently you can view all orders for a certain date range but it includes completed order as well as payment pending orders.I love everything about the simplicity of this app .. just wish that you could create an actual account that requires a sign in option.

2. That would be extremely helpful!When we put an order serial no is auto generated so pls it turned in to manual if i delets one order serial number is not changed, past dated orders not taken in this app, must link contact's directly from our phone.

3. 2 things stopping me from giving 5 stars, the ability to enter a cost price to see how much profit you're making off each item and to view pending payment orders only.

5. Goodbye!I love how easy it is to create items, customers and orders but I can't seem to figure out how to edit an order once it is created.

10. I just put the product, put how much of the product they bought, their name and number is saved, and I can pull up their pending purchases.

1. Fix Drago Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drago: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drago App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drago" » Open Drago - Billing, Accounts, Ord » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drago » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drago - Billing, Accounts, Ord app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drago servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drago - Billing, Accounts, Ord" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drago app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drago might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drago. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drago then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drago not working

2. Fix Drago Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drago be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drago not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drago may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
