Why should I report an Issue with Zirtue: Lend & Borrow Money?

1. To me that makes no sense at all considering I had to use it for a verification code!awesome app and works flawless! Used it with a friend who needed to borrow some money everything worked and processed great and after a touch of the button he had his money and I didnt have to worry about dealing with and tracking down repayments.

2. I reach out by phone to friends or family before I resort to going elsewhere to get a loan making it very redundant.I cant get past the part where i finish asking my friend for loan and it stays stuck on screen saying it verifying and may take a few seconds.

3. Update 09/03/21: Over a month later and still not resolved 😡😡😡This app is trash went through an entire process to make an account using my email address and everything for verifications and when the page comes up to accept the policies and procedures then tells me my email is invalid.

4. 😒 MY ACCOUNT DISSAPEARS AFTER LOAN ACCEPTED!!!! Update 08/08: STILL NOT RESOLVED 8 days after sending email for help.

5. My close friend agreed, and I sent a loan request with a repayment agreement straight to them in less than 5 minutes! They accepted the loan request, funds were sent and my bills were paid.

6. Its used when you want to borrow money from a friend or relative & this app sets up automatic withdrawls from the persons bank.

7. not really sure what this is for except friends or family needing to hold the one person who always seems to borrow money but can't pay it back accountable.

8. So easy and so helpful!As others have said, you have to give them a bunch of personal information including social security number and photos of your ID, and then it just tells you verification failed with no explanation and a "try again" button that does nothing.

9. If the monthly subscription is "required" to "borrow" money I wont be using the service.

10. So be aware its not an app you can receive a loan from (even though the very misleading & very similiar 5 star reviews make you think so).

1. Fix Zirtue Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zirtue: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zirtue App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zirtue" » Open Zirtue: Lend & Borrow Money » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zirtue » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zirtue: Lend & Borrow Money app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zirtue servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zirtue: Lend & Borrow Money" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zirtue app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zirtue might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zirtue. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zirtue then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zirtue not working

2. Fix Zirtue Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zirtue be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zirtue not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zirtue may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
