1. Fix this or people will leave the people will leave the platform for others.Basic features are missing on home page like how much I invested, interest I gained..Basic feature in app is missing.

2. The restructuring plan is also very unclear and they contact with too much technical words in the customer dealing platform which is hard to understand.

3. Like how much I invested and what is the present value of that investment should be displayed side by side both for individual coins and overall investment.

4. Do something to fix it.App is changed a lot, I can't withdraw my amount and i can't see my profit and loss, kindly please fix this kind of issue and make the app professionalFaced a terrible loss because of this company's management issue.

1. Fix Vauld Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vauld: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vauld App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vauld" » Open Vauld - Earn, Lend with Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vauld » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vauld - Earn, Lend with Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vauld servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vauld - Earn, Lend with Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vauld app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vauld might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vauld. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vauld then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vauld not working

2. Fix Vauld Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vauld be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vauld not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vauld may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
