1. I actually downloaded the app hoping that I would be able to take advantage of spare moments when I am on the go to mark loans with a star that I am considering funding, like I can on the Kiva website using my desktop computer and my web browser, for me to make a final decision on later when I am at my computer, but it seems that this feature has not made it into the app yet.I had been using the site for about a year now.
2. Live the concept of Kiva and plan on using it for a long time! This app is useful for reviewing loan listings when on the go, IF I am ready to contribute to the loan right then.
3. If not, I'll be cancelling my auto deposit and probably won't be active in the orogram which is sad because I was really excited about it 3 hours ago.Kiva is one of the greatest ideas for a charitable service, and so great for the world.
4. And even though I think kiva does a lot of good to help the unbanked get access to loans, I do have one complaint.
5. I could really use the support on the side as well as building a rapport of loyalty and reliance with the kindness and giving of others. Not all the features of the website are as easily accessible on the app.
6. Why is it that we can deposit (credit) money in seconds but it takes like 3 weeks to get our money out if we decide to withdraw? That doesn't seem like it should be the case.
7. Desktop site only, I guess.I keep getting randomly signed out in the middle of navigation or a transaction.
8. Every time I open, it tells me "Oh no! The network connection failed." Clearing data works, but honestly, what's the use if I have to sign back in every time I use the app.
9. Please improve.I use the website more than the app because let's face it, the app just doesn't give you as good of an experience.
10. It looks polished and clean, but the user interface is awkward to use and it's very hard to find specific details that you are looking for.
11. 5 stars now! I love the Kiva service but the app is terrible.
Please delete my account, I have waited until loans have been paid in full and donated my ”funds” to you.
