1. This time I got an advance from them paid on time, but have not been eligible for an advance in two months but they still want to charge me the subscription fee even after I switched plans.
2. The credit builder is not worth $5.99 and since there is no instant cash, you can stick with the free service to have them check your bank accounts.Decent for a quick loan but canceling your membership when your loan is paid off and you don't need another is ridiculous.
3. There are MUCH better options.Horrible App.. Nothing but a well designed Scam ... They give you your first advance with no issues after that you're locked into reoccurring membership fees and no longer will qualify for an advance.
4. It's a good service and useful, but waiting on customer support is raising anxiety level.It's ok bc they do send money....when they think you're worthy enough.
5. UPDATE!! Haven't been able to access this thing for over a month, keeps telling me my debit card is invalid when it's definitely.
6. This app cost $10 where they just charge a small fee to get funds and don't charge monthly!!!!Customer support has gotten bad/very slow.
7. This service would be okay if I was actually able to get that little advance... but I was told one thing and then another.
8. You also have to contact customer service after each payment bc all of a sudden they "can't connect to your bank".
9. The first time I had to pay subscription fees back to back, about two weeks apart.

11. Also, I just closed my account and they let me know they're going to hit me for one more subscription fee next month before allowing me to close.

After multiple request delete account and subscription. Have forward to FTC and Illinois attorney general. Godspeed

This has not help me at all now you're saying I owe you.. HOW IS IS THAT U NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM U TRIED TO PAY YOUR LITTLE 1.00 KEPT SAYING DECLINED..FROM WHAT IM SEEING ALL I DID WAS DOWNLOAD APP THATS NOW TRYING TO EXHORT MONEY OUT OF ME FOR NO SERVICES MONEY ANYTHING ... "DEACTIVATE" MY ACCOUNT "IMMEDIATELY "..IF U FEEL U NEED TO CHARGE ME RUIN MY CREDIT I REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. THIS IVE ALREADY INFORMED MY BANK! ONCE AGAIN CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AS OF TODAY!! I never got any money from U you refused my payment over and over I tried to cancel that plus plan which told I couldn't and when I went to deactivate I owe you 550$ FOR WHAT SERIOUSLY! IM REPORTING THIS TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS THE BBB IF THIS IS WHAT YOUR DOING TO PEOPLE AT THIS TIME IN WHAT THE WORLD IS GOING THROUGH ALOT MORE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO KNOW BOUT THIS!
